Returns Policy

All figures of speech™️ products are guaranteed original and genuine. As our goods are made-to-order, once an order has been placed and production commenced, cancellation, exchange or refunds cannot be accommodated. However, if production has not commenced, you may request a cancellation, exchange or refund by contacting us promptly at sales@figuresofspeech.studio

We take great care to inspect and package our items before sending them out. In the rare instance that you receive a package that is visually damaged or opened, please ensure that this is noted with the carrier before accepting delivery.

If, upon receiving your order, you discover that an item is faulty or damaged, please reach out to us at sales@figuresofspeech.studio within 3 days of receipt. When contacting us, please provide your name, address, order number, and detailed information regarding the reason for your return. Additionally, please include evidence of any faults or damages to facilitate the assessment process before a return authorization is granted for an exchange or refund.

Please note that failure to adhere to the care instructions provided with each product resulting in damage is not considered a fault with the product. We strongly recommend following the care instructions to ensure the longevity of your purchase.

Returns or refunds for faulty goods will not include reimbursement for any shipping costs, customs taxes, or duties incurred during the initial shipment.
